2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the site and services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

All purchases made through our services are subject to our Payment Terms. All descriptions of products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. Subscription charges are non-refundable.

At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Chart Labs cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Sweden. Chart Labs and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
